Paul instigated and managed the BBC’s public art strategy, appointing art
consultants ArtOffice, to facilitate the implementation of the ambitious and
well-received programme which included art-and-architecture collaborations with
artists such as Yuko Shiraishi , Poet-Laureate, Andrew
Motion , and Tim Head.
The art strategy also included ‘performance’ artists in residence, Dig Ding
Dong, and Stuart Muggridge, who carried out inspiring projects designed to
assist new and existing occupants engage with the new development.

As part of the BBC’s ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
several projects with local schools were carried out with artists Tom Cox-Bisham
and Nikolaj Larsen.
